Everybody’s good at something. Some people are good at math. Some can play any sport they try. And others can tie a cherry stem with their tongues in 20 seconds flat. My husband’s thing is music. He sings like an angel, and I love it.
A few months ago, Garrett decided to try out for a local singing competition. It required singing in a preliminary competition before moving on to the final round. Poor thing had been sick and downright near lost his voice not long before the prelims, but he went on ahead and competed. And I think he sounded great! He did make it to the final round, but wasn’t able to compete because it turned out to be the same night as my brother’s wedding rehearsal. It just wasn’t meant to be.
I finally got around to downloading the video from the camera, so here it is for your viewing pleasure.
