The Write Stuff: Max Lucado on Writing – I have aspirations to minister through writing someday, but sometimes the busyness and responsibilities of daily life make me want to let go of any thought of working toward that dream. Max Lucado does a great job of both encouraging would-be writers and giving tips for clear writing. One of my favorite parts of his post is near the end: “There is a single mother who, tonight, is utterly exhausted. Three kids and long hours have taken their toll. She keeps a book on her bedside. She has only a few moments to read. She just needs a word, a phrase, a refined sentence to lift her heart. Would you write it?” That just grabbed my heart. HOW DOES HE DO IT?
Living Proof Ministries – LPM has a new blog, and it looks scrumptious.
It’s Almost Naptime: The Marriage Bed – I could relate so much to this. And it makes me want a king-size bed so badly.
Ministry So Fabulous: Maybe I Can Find Some Hospital Jello While I’m there? – Amy Beth, sweet adorable Amy Beth, has been dealing with some health challenges lately. Please pray for her.

If you are looking for encouragement writing, may I direct you to one of my bloggy friends, Barbara Curtis of ? She’s a mom of 12 and an accomplished author / columnist. I don’t know if she’s written about writing recently (LOL), but there’s plenty of good stuff in her archives, and if you sent her an email I know she would be happy to respond as soon as she can!
